Wood Ear Mushroom Salad

You’ll need:

1 cup dried wood ear mushroom
black rice vinegar
chili oil crisp
salt
sesame oil
sugar
soy sauce

Raw Organic Wood Ear Mushrooms

Directions:

  1. Heat water to a boil, turn the heat down to a simmer then add dried wood ear
    mushroom
  2. Let simmer for about an hour or two then drain and rinse
  3. Chop up the cilantros

Sauce

  1. Add black rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar
  2. Add chili oil crisp
  3. Add cilantro and mix it all together
  4. Once mixed, it is ready to serve, or you can serve it after it has been chilled
