Garlic Soy Beef Stir Fry

You’ll need:

1.5 lb Thinly Slice beef chuck
1 yellow onion
5-10 clove garlic
1 piece ginger
Marinade
1-2 tbsp vinegar
5 tbsp soy sauce
2 tablespoon sesame oil
2.5 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 green onions
5 shitake mushroom
Rice
sesame seeds for garnish

Directions:

Marinade

  1. peel yellow onion, garlic, ginger, and vinegar
  2. chop and half onion into chucky pieces
  3. blend the chopped onion and kiwi with the garlic ginger, soy sauce, sugar sesame oil and
    pepper
  4. with the thinly sliced beef in a bowl, add the marinade, and refrigerate for 2-4 hours
  5. remaining half of onion, cut green onion into pieces and cut the shitake mushroom into
    slices
  6. heat pan over high heat with oil and saute the beef for a minute, add the onion, and
    mushroom and saute until all ingrediants are cooked
  7. Serve over rice and sprinkle sesame seed
